What we collect on this website

Nothing. www.pikwing.com has no accounts, no login, no newsletter sign-up, no shopping cart and no advertising. We do not set analytics cookies and we do not run tracking pixels.

What happens when you use the site

• Web hosting. Our host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address and browser type. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
• Fonts. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them, which means Google receives your IP address. If you would rather that did not happen, the fonts can be served from our own domain instead — write to us and we will do it.
• Links out. Buttons on this site open YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Once you are there, that company's own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Children

Pikwing is made for young children, but this website is written for the adults who look after them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to us and we will delete it.

Our videos on YouTube

Every Pikwing video is marked Made for Kids. YouTube then limits data collection and personalised advertising on those videos, and turns off comments and notifications. How YouTube handles data is governed by Google's privacy policy, which we do not control. If your child watches through the YouTube Kids app, that app's own settings apply.

Email

If you email us, we keep your message and your address so we can reply. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone else. Ask us to delete your message and we will.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
